Service terms

  1. 01A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve creative production time and a place in the schedule. Dates are not held until the deposit is received.
  2. 02The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered, unless another schedule is agreed in writing.
  3. 03Revision allowances are listed per package. Additional revisions, added deliverables or expanded scope are quoted separately.
  4. 04Timelines begin once the deposit, project details and any required materials have been received, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
  5. 05Rescheduling a session is possible where availability allows; the deposit transfers to the new date but is not returned.
  6. 06404 retains the right to display completed work as portfolio and promotional material unless an exclusivity arrangement is agreed in writing.
  7. 07Final files are delivered digitally at high resolution. Raw/unedited files and working project files are not included.
